Creating a solid ground

Mixing
Soil quality and humidity are determined based on soil samples. This information is used to calculate the perfect mixture ration for WEISSRESIN. With a rotary hoe the substance is mixed evenly into the prepared, natural subsoil. The professional mixing procedure saves time and ensures that the mix is even and homogenous.
Solidifying I
The ground is compacted to its previous level with a roller, thus ensuring that the equipment used in the following steps won’t sink in.
Spreading the binding agent
Spreading vehicles distribute the binding agent in the exactly calculated quantity. Suitable binding agents are commercially available Portland cement (OPC/Ordinary Portland Cement) or equivalent qualities.
Mixing the binding agent
Like WEISSRESIN before, the binding agent is thoroughly mixed with the subsoil to create a homogenous mixture.
Solidifying II
All ground stabilizing components are now in the subsoil. Grader are used to level and compact the ground. This ensures an optimum level of density and the sustained benefit of WEISSRESIN.
